Using the BarthHaas hop product “Spectrum” We have created a delicious, fruit based hot sauce, that has been emboldened with the power of hops. Part of a series of 3 special sauces created by The Cole Men for BarthHaas X!

Ingredients: Water, Peach (15%), Passionfruit (15%), Orange (15%), Cider Vinegar, Onion, Demerara Sugar, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Beetroot Juice (Pressed Beetroot Juice (90%), Pressed Apple Juice (10%), Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid), Red Habanero (Red Habanero, Salt, Acetic Acid) (0.9%), BarthHaas Spectrum Citra Hops (0.07%), Natural Orange Flavouring (Natural Orange Flavouring, Orange Oil.), Xanthan Gum
